Melissa Reynolds originally joined the Josh Shapiro Team in 2017 as Josh Shapiro’s assistant while on maternity leave from her job as an Algebra II and Pre-Calculus teacher and Community Development leader at Arundel High School. Prior to teaching, she attended West Chester University for her Bachelors in teaching, with a concentration in secondary math, then moved on to La Salle University to receive her Masters in education. After deciding to extend her leave from teaching indefinitely, she wasted no time in making a name for herself as a sought-after Realtor. Her clients love her friendly personality and brilliant customer service, as well as her dedication to finding the perfect home for every buyer and the best offer for every seller. When she’s not showing homes and attending closings, Melissa juggles being a mom to two young boys, and spending time with her two horses and her dog.

Melissa's service provides one of those rare instances where you wish there were more stars to give. Melissa is an excellent realtor and real lifesaver for me, a homeowner who had no idea where to even start. Melissa was incredibly helpful in lining up contractors to help me get my home ready for sale, professionally cleaned, and beautifully staged. She is also a thoughtful negotiator and demonstrated a meticulous attention to detail, that I surmised helped buying agents as much as me in getting all the paperwork accurate. Her knowledge of the process was unquestionable and her attention and persistence in helping me sell my home was unwavering. All resulting in an above asking price sale and a very grateful client. The Best Home Buying and Selling Process We Could Have Asked For!
Melissa created the best home buying and selling process we could have asked for! We trusted her in representing us buying our dream house- which we had already found but needed some guidance on the paperwork side. In doing so, she had buyers lined up to buy our house without even having to list it. The deals both went smoothly and I can’t think of any reason for that other than Melissa! She is knowledgeable, patient, she goes above and beyond for her clients and she is always willing to respond quickly to your millions of questions. Finding people the homes of their dreams seems to be her passion and it really shows!
